Dibakar Bhandary is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) with over 10 years of post-qualification experience across the Middle East and South Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India, and has worked extensively with leading organizations. His expertise spans business strategy, financial planning & analysis, and operational management across diverse sectors including FMCG, consulting, banking, and e-commerce.

Committed to professional development, Dibakar also served as the founding Vice Chairperson (2024-2025) of the Nepali Professional Accountants Foundation (NPAF). He plays a key role in shaping the organization's mission and fostering the growth of Nepali finance professionals in the UAE and beyond through community engagement and strategic initiatives.
